Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.
Returned Shipments due to Incorrect Address:
If your order is returned to Mama Mann’s Kitchen due to an incorrect address, Mama Mann’s Kitchen will cancel the order and process a store credit minus the shipping cost.
Please Note:
It's important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order and also double-checking the ship-to address is entered correctly, including any suite/apt numbers. Mama Mann’s Kitchen is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of the shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout.
Please make sure you thoroughly read the product description before placing your order. Pre-ordered items are not applicable to rush or express shipping.
Orders will start processing on the date advertised on the site. Mama Mann’s Kitchen, LLC reserves the right to change release dates with proper notification to the customer.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to process starting on the release date or the first business day after the release date if the date advertised is a holiday, weekend, etc.
